If you've not been to VIVA yet, you might wonder how it all works. Well, playing is easy, and with big money up for grabs every night, you could be a winner on your very first visit! Plus, it couldn't be simpler to join the fun.

Main Foyer
This is where you swipe you membership card to gain access to the bingo lounges. You can also bring along friends to sign up and become a member, find out about new and exciting promotions at the centre.
The E-Lounge
This is where you’ll find our electronic bingo terminals. A fun and exciting way to play bingo!Games start from as little as 10c!
The Main Bingo Lounge
There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere here, it’s where you’ll find the bingo caller. Both ticket bingo and electronic cash bingo are played here. The further away you sit from the bingo caller the louder you’ll need to shout to stop them from calling the next number. You can also order food and drinks at your table from one of our friendly customer service staff.
TIP: If you have a cell phone, remember to turn it off (or to silent)
Our friendly customer service staff are always ready to assist you and will show you how to play bingo, whichever format you choose. You can also order food and drinks direct to your terminal or table.
TAKE A SEAT
After swiping your membership card at the reception desk, head for either the bingo lounge or the e-bingo lounge and find your lucky seat. All seats give you a view of a screen so you can see numbers come up as they’re called.
TICKET & CASH BINGO
Both Cash bingo and Ticket bingo may be played in-house and we also play ‘Linked’ bingo with other centres for BIG BUCKS!!
TICKET BINGO
Is the traditional way to play, our staff will sell you bingo tickets at your table. As these games are played at ‘set times’. When the game starts, mark the numbers on you tickets as they are called. Its easiest to use a special ‘dabber’ pen (on sale at the centre) but any marker pen will do. When you have completed a line or 3 lines (full house) just throw your hands in the air and shout ‘BINGO’. Be sure to shout before the next number is called or you may have to share your prize.
